The failure happens on unspecified behavior of Dir.glob('*') order.
The assertion can only pass for input files which contain a \code{} macro,
the only one of which is a_chapter.tex.

This is the same cause of failure of #102, but here it was simple to patch.

Any chance this will be merged? Seems the tests failed due to an error.

Merged. Bear in mind that this and the other issue give rise to failing tests only on some systems. The tests are passing on all the dev environments I have access to. (I would never release a gem with a failing test suite.)
