[Feature Request] Use Content-Disposition filename extension #103

As mentioned in RFC 2183, use the filename extension in the content-disposition header field.

Example:

$ curl -I https://video.googleusercontent.com/\?token\=F2D7jp2GE10cffqOQ1Tyd8XbFrbTBc2h6rR2oW57fszTE4zWRE2JsjyctJYoqRZt
