For now, you-get -i command outputs only the format and the size of video:

➜ Downloads you-get -i http://www.youtube.com/watch\?v\=FbqBv7Tz1QY
Video Site: YouTube.com
Title: 周杰倫【公公偏頭痛 官方完整MV】Jay Chou "Gong Gong with a Headache" MV
Type: WebM video (video/webm)
Size: 132.27 MB (138693509 Bytes)

where users have no way to know how the quality of the video is beforehand.

If the future, You-Get should come with a little more detailed metadata:

➜ Downloads you-get -i http://www.youtube.com/watch\?v\=FbqBv7Tz1QY

Title: 周杰倫【公公偏頭痛 官方完整MV】Jay Chou "Gong Gong with a Headache" MV
Type: WebM video (video/webm)

Duration: 3:06
Quality: 1920 x 1080 (1080p)

Or even verbose like this:
