Problem
Our
rust-versionheavily depends on whatsolana-programcrate uses, and it's mostly redundant when the toolchain is controlled by the Solana installation.I've originally run into an MSRV related issue in #2997, and I think it's better to get rid of this specification rather than bumping it.
