When an entity gets removed, the actual removal occurs at the next cycle. So if you destroy an entity and re-create a new one with the same name (to replace it), it does not work.

I believe this would no longer be a problem with #370 fixed, right?
With an auto-incremented entity name, you could destroy and re-create all you want and it wouldn't matter if it takes a cycle before it's destroyed.

You are right, there is no crash anymore in this case. But it is still wrong that the name gets incremented.
