My Thinkpad t450s does not only have an external battery but also a built-in one to allow for hot-swapping external batteries without power supply.
Unfortunately budgie-panel always displays a single battery icon, regardless of the number of batteries present in the system, so I extended the power indicator to display one icon per detected battery 😉

This makes it possible to handle multiple batteries if more than one has
been detected.
One icon per detected battery is being displayed now, each with the
corresponding loading state image and tooltip.
