Startup fails if no .ssh directory #46

Of course, it is most expected to have ~/.ssh when accessing remote machines. But if you do 'rudy startup' for the first time and only copied ~/.rudy/config + Rudyfiles + certificates and have ssh installed, it is not enough - rudy fails if no .ssh is present. And if it's not a bug, maybe it should be in the docs.

ERROR (Errno::ENOENT): No such file or directory - /home/cloud-demos/.ssh/key-eu-west-1a-etsvigun-worker

Thanks, I'll fix this in the next release.
