I'm having the same issue. "Delete" doesn't work (on Symfony 2.2)
Duplicate of #1176

Works for me with SF2.2

ibasaw commented Mar 22, 2013

not working...can't delete in sf 2.2

is this fix will be soon in the master, so we can update composer ?

smlr commented Mar 22, 2013

@ibasaw did you apply the fix in your copy?

ibasaw commented Mar 25, 2013

@smlr: no, i thought it was automatic if i do a: composer update...

I edited the file, but next time i'll update composer, it woyuld like to overwrite my own file...

Delete action doesn't work either with Sf 2.2.

just modify your app(_dev).php like this:

$kernel = new AppKernel('dev', true);
$kernel->loadClassCache();
$request = Request::createFromGlobals();
Request::enableHttpMethodParameterOverride(); <------------- add this
$response = $kernel->handle($request);
$response->send();
$kernel->terminate($request, $response);

Thank you, it works !

A lot of thanks! I was debugging CRUDController and didn't know what happened exactly. Now all is working great. Cache should be disabled this Override.

Request::enableHttpMethodParameterOverride();
