… restlet1x plugin the same low-level ranking as Nexus core, ie. zero. These components will then be ordered in sequences after components from other plugins, which makes sure that the restlet1x 'catch-all' filter will not kick in before other filters in the dynamic pipeline. Normally each plugin is assigned a higher-level ranking based on their activation order, ie. the same as Plexus, to allow plugins to override selected components from core or dependent plugins. Without this change if the restlet1x plugin started after the siesta plugin then the 'catch-all' filter would get a higher ranking than the siesta filters, and the siesta filters would never be called. Note that default components will still appear before non-default components, regardless of which plugin contributed them. The ranking function effectively partitions components into default vs non-default where elements in each partition are sorted by their assigned ranking (and then by their defined order inside the injector).

Previous to this change, if bundle was suspended for debugging and start timeout was exceeded, test would end and leave suspended bundle running. Now in the suspended state and start timeout expiration, we resume the suspended JVM and then immediately halt it using command monitor Other other available methods of shutting down suspended jvm are unreliable - JSW always would try to restart instead of shutdown. Made logging messages more suitable for tracking multiple nexuses under test also in this commit while testing these changes.
