Typical graph conversion (experimental):

Convert in a computational graph

Name from to
BatchNormalizationLinearConverter gamma, beta, mean, std scale and bias (i.e., multiply and addtion)
BatchNormalizationFoldedConverter gamma, beta, mean, std preceding convolution weight and bias
FixedPointWeightConverter convolution, affine fixed-point counterparts
FixedPointActivationConverter relu fixed-point counterpart
IdentityConverter * *
Add graph converters for inference.
Address python3.

Delete training "W/".

Change test script names.
