Les blocs des archives des news "mois" et "mois et années" ont été unifiés.
Par défaut le bloc affiche les archives par année.

Lorsque l'utilisateur clique sur une année, les liens des mois s'affichent.
Une configuration a été ajoutée pour faire apparaitre les archives par mois dépliés.
