Add version argument

As a blatant oversight, the scripts do not allow output of the botocross version at hand, which should be added accordingly. Given -v is taken by --verbose already, the common solution of using uppercase -V and --version should be sufficient.

• ❓ this doesn't conflict with but might be postponed after a decision regarding Contemplate redesign or decommission in favor of AWS CLI #44, insofar it might require touching all scripts again (eventually), which will likely be removed in favor of a single cross region CLI driver anyway.
