FYI @christinelovett I've started adding -sourcegraph onto the end of those channel names, because that channel name is shared on their side as well, and without "Sourcegraph" somewhere in the name, it's not particularly clear what's included

Also—in the handbook, we usually use "prospects" for pre-sales companies, and "customers" for post-sales companies!
