Add an "Add all layers" button

In a presentation where all layers are intended to be managed by Sozi, it can be tedious to add layers one by one.
An "Add all layers" button could be located next to the existing "Add layer" button. Its effect would be to add all layers to the timeline in one step.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a multi-layer SVG in Sozi and repeatedly select each layer from the "Add layer" list until all layers are visible in the timeline.

With this proposal, the user would click on a single button.
