Jasmine does not provide stack trace when spec is time-outed. This caused adding empty string into log which results into error (removeJasmineFrames() tries to call split() on undefined). Adding a async test to cover it.
Suites can be nested and the number is not valuable then. We can display number of suites as well, but I think number of specs says more...

Fixed a possible undefined exception is jasmine, submitted a pull request to jasmine as well; once they pick up the change it may be worth while to update to the latest version of jasmine. Added the ability to pass an absolute folder location to the location of tests so the current working directory is not used.
commit a37b93c changed these, for some reason. This commit re-sets these paths.
Added an all lower cass --nocolor parameter so a simple uppercase error would not fail the run. Added Teamcity custom test runner output. Will auto-detect teamcity so the user does not have to explicitly invoke it, but they can if they wish.
