IMPORTANT

This version on Sparkswap Desktop contains enhancements to make failed trades easier to recover from. Unfortunately this makes the new release incompatible with the old, so all users will need to upgrade to this version to continue stacking sats on Sparkswap.

Sparkswap Desktop v0.2.0

Verify the application

For Mac:

  1. Verify that Sparkswap Hub is the signer of the application by running the following command:
codesign -dv --verbose=4 /Path/To/Application.app

For Windows:

  1. Right click the exe and select Properties > Digital Signatures
  2. Select the sparkswap signature and click Details
  3. Verify that the information was signed by Sparkswap Hub

For Linux:

To verify for linux, you will need first verify that the application has been signed with RSA 36F4123656A9401723777B9C3692B7471CC2F716

gpg --verify <path-to-AppImage>

Now we can verify the checksum of the AppImage by running the following command and comparing this has with the hash located in sha256sum.txt.asc

sha256sum <path-to-AppImage>
