prefixDocumentId() uses "spdxRefPrefix" in its prefix check.
But that was wrong. "documentRefPrefix" is the correct one.
And, Tests for DocumentID itself were not implemented. So, I've implemented it.
(This was my mistake in #269 , I'm very sorry... )
