Log Improvement: Report the name of skipped cf-s when not reporting their options to the log

[udi-speedb]

#430 is about reporting all of the cf-s to the log with all of their options. This may be problematic when there are many cf-s.
Currently, when a cf is skipped, the log shows: "skipping printing options"
The name of the cf is not reported.

This issue will add the name of the skipped cf which is harmless and seems useful.
