Issue Summary:

We are trying to implement IAP authentication in spinnaker in place of OAuth. Login seems to work fine but we tried testing logout functionality multiple times to be sure of using this feature in our production. It does not seems to work properly

Cloud Provider(s):

GCP

Environment:

Ubuntu 16.04 xenial

Feature Area:

Gate, Deck

Steps to Reproduce:

In order to reproduce this step. Enable IAP auth in spinnaker

hal config security authn iap edit --audience /projects/11111111111111/global/backendServices/1111111
hal config security authn iap enable
hal deploy apply

Once IAP is enable

  • Login into spinnaker
  • Click on Logout button multiple times
    It start giving this pop up window which doesn't look like correct redirect.

alt text

It should ideally redirect to IAP google SSO page. Instead of this Pop up box

This bug is stopping us to use this authentication feature in our spinnaker step up. Looking forward for fix for the same. Or any suggestions if we are setting it up wrongly.
