Should start_time belong to an experiment version?

Should start_time should belong to an experiment version, rather than to the experiment as a whole. This would mean that when an experiment is reset, the start time would effectively be reset for the experiment too.

Yes please. This would be much more useful. If I reset the test, I currently can't determine how long I've been collecting data for the given results.
