Hi, I'm Denis. I've been writing open-source software long enough that some of it now runs on frameworks that didn't exist when I started it.

You've maybe used my work without knowing it was mine. Ion.RangeSlider (2.5k stars) has been the slider in a lot of dashboards since the jQuery era, and ion.sound has been making browsers beep on cue for years.

Lately my attention has moved to MLX, Apple's machine-learning framework. I build small, sharp tools that make running and debugging models on Apple Silicon less painful: mlx-taef, mlx-teacache, mlx-model-doctor, and friends. Most of them started because I hit a wall on my own Mac and got tired of working around it.

None of it pays rent, and all of it eats evenings. If one of my projects has saved you an afternoon, sponsoring is a kind way to say so.
