Agents that act. Rails that hold.
I build autonomous AI agents that take real actions in production, and the guardrails that make that a safe bet.
@dcyfr/ai is the open-source TypeScript runtime underneath: model routing across local and frontier tiers, tool use, and MCP wiring you can drop into an existing project. Around it sit starter templates for agents, APIs, RAG, GraphQL, React and CLIs. Everything is MIT licensed.
The same runtime drives a fleet of sixty-odd daemons on my own hardware (research, code review, monitoring, self-healing) on a local-first model stack under a hard monthly budget. It also carried SharkVault, a backer-funded consumer app, from auth to payments.
Where sponsorship goes
- Model spend and CI for the public repos. Local models run first; frontier calls have to earn their cost.
- Packaging the guardrails. The spend ceiling, sender kill switch and tool sandbox run in my fleet today. Sponsorship buys the time to ship them as packages you can use. [confirm]
- Docs and examples, so the templates work on the first try.
Why me
- Over seven years of security engineering. GIAC GDSA, GCIH and GSTRT; CompTIA SecurityX.
- Sponsoring doesn't unlock a licence. The code is already yours under MIT; sponsorship keeps it maintained.
- I write up what breaks at dcyfr.ai/blog.
