I got into open source in 2008 (anyone remembers Source Forge?) and have worked on various projects: many of them are projects I daily use or develop to help other software engineers like tooling, project templates, extensions, etc. You're probably depending or using some of the tools and packages I contributed to.

Among other things, I created and maintain a popular TypeScript Node.js project template, Airqmon - app that provides real-time air quality data on macOS menu bar, or a Visual Studio Code extension that allows to insert a performed date-time string anywhere in a document. Of course I also contribute to many popular projects like Visual Studio Code, yarn, IMDbPy, SQLAlchemy, and more.
