Added ability to specify sdk version for launchsim. #27

With iOS 9, I was getting an error when launching the simulator:
error MT1211: The simulator version '2.0' does not support the simulator type 'iPhone 4s'

From this Xamarin Forums post, I learned I needed to specify the sdk version in the mtouch command. So I added a parameter for it.

FYI you can already use the existing --mtouch-argument="--sdk x.y" argument to pass anything you wish to mtouch.
