Allow the retryableClassifier to be set on the SimpleRetryPolicy [BATCH-2563] #1041

Due to exception wrapping we need to unwrap the exceptions before making decision on skip or retry logic. For the LimitCheckingItemSkipPolicy it is possible to call the constructor that takes a Classifier<Throwable, Boolean> which allows us to create a BinaryExceptionClassifier and set the traverseCauses property to true.

This however isn't possible for the retry logic. Would be nice if that could be configured as well.
