There is no way to to launch jobs that have been configured using Java Config with the CommandLineJobRunner. If the first command line parameter to the CommandLineJobRunner would be a Java class, an AnnotationConfigApplicationContext would be created and used.

$ java org.springframework.batch.core.launch.support.CommandLineJobRunner com.example.configuration.BatchConfig testJob x=100 y=foo

This was addressed in master and will be part of the upcoming 3.0 release. It was developed as part of BATCH-2035.
