Traditionally, batch jobs were run at night during the batch window.. So monitoring them in real time makes no sense, unless we want to do it while others are sleeping :).

Today, batch jobs are run not only at night but also during the day. It would be great if we can provide integration with micrometer to record metrics about job executions. Those metrics can be then rendered in Grafana/Kibana dashboard to monitor job executions in real time.
