Currently, the only way to go back to the index from a section in the reference documentation is to use the "Back" button of the browser. This is fine in most cases, but when reading a long chapter and jumping to a few sections using the links in the sidebar, going back to the index requires hitting the back button of the browser multiple times.
I suggest to add a "Back to index" link to the sidebar (like the one in Spring Framework's docs) for better user experience when reading the reference documentation. Would this be a good idea?
