Remove relative path to Spring Data Build parent POM. [DATACASS-421]

Currently the Spring Data for Apache Cassandra parent POM file contains a relative path to the Spring Data Build parent POM. This can cause issues for developers building SD Cassandra if their local checkout of the Spring Data Build project is not up-to-date. This relative path should be removed as it is not used in any other SD module project
