Current class description is below.

Default {@link DateTimeProvider} simply creating new {@link DateTime} instances for each method call.

But now it's outdated. 

Default {@link DateTimeProvider} simply creating new {@link LocalDateTime} instances for each method call.

Above description seems good for current Implementation.

There is also unused import for 'org.joda.time.DateTime'


Affects: 2.0.9 (Kay SR9), 2.1 RC2 (Lovelace)
