Oliver Drotbohm opened DATAMONGO-1148 and commented

From Andy Wilkinson:

Hi, Ollie. Can you please consider updating spring-data-mongodb-cross-store and spring-data-rest-webmvc to use org.eclipse.persistence:javax.persistence in favour of org.hibernate.javax.persistence:hibernate-jpa-2.0-api? The latter is a pain in the Platform due to the version number in the artifact id; it makes changing the JPA version far harder than it should be. In the absence of an official JPA API jar, the EclipseLink jar is preferable as it keeps its version number in version section of its coordinates.

Affects: 1.5.4 (Dijkstra SR4), 1.6.1 (Evans SR1), 1.7 M1 (Fowler)
