To save resources (disk space, bandwidth, ...) it would be nice, if Spring Data Redis would support the @TypeAlias annotation, just like Spring Data Mongo does.

For example: I would expect that, if I annotate my model class in package de.myapp.Test with @TypeAlias("t"), then the Spring Data Redis @Repository will store

"_class" : "t"

instead of currently

"_class" : "de.myapp.Test"

in the redis db


Affects: 1.7.2 (Hopper SR2)
