Projections are not applied to collection attributes [DATAREST-394] #711

When a projection has an attribute which is a collection of another projection, Spring Data REST is not populating the collection with projections but with entities. This patch allows Spring Data REST to apply projections to collection attributes as well

I just pushed a fix to that to mast and the maintained bugfix branches. I partially used your test cases but extended the fix to also project all collection types, arrays as well as maps
