Document @Projection usage [DATAREST-419]

@Projection is not mentioned at all in the official reference, http://docs.spring.io/spring-data/rest/docs/2.2.1.RELEASE/reference/html/

The only documentation I found is StackOverflow answer by Olivier Gierke http://stackoverflow.com/a/23068719/122441

P.S.: I actually want to expand some EAGER associations for the default projection, but I can't seem to do that :( Do you know how? So for now, @Projection works...

There is a brief mention of @Projection in the blog entry for Dijkstra (https://spring.io/blog/2014/05/21/what-s-new-in-spring-data-dijkstra) which could be used as a starting point for the documentation
