Hibernate ORM 5.1 is likely to be released in time for Spring Framework 4.3, so let's make sure we're fully compatible with it (and support its new features as far as necessary).

Hibernate 5.1 was released yesterday, so let's do our compatibility efforts for 4.2.5 already...

Stéphane Nicoll, this is another reason for moving 4.2.5 to Feb 22. In particular, we should align with the Spring Data team who apparently aim for immediate Hibernate 5.1 compatibility as well.
