The lifecycle of WebClient and ClientHttpConnector should be improved: they should expose Mono<Void> shutdown() methods to allow the closing of the underlying resources.

The attached PR already improves the lifecycle of ReactorClientHttpConnector and avoids re-creating resource for each client call.

The associated PR has been merged; new changes are expected on the reactor-netty client, so this issue can be closed for now.
A new issue will be created to adapt to the new reactor-netty changes.
