Spring JDBC not correctly processing Postgresql ? operator [SPR-16511]

When running the following valid postgresql:

select '{"a":1, "b":2}'::jsonb ? ':1';

I get the error ```
Not allowed to mix named and traditional ? placeholders.

escaping the '?' w/ a '?' as described in the docs works as expected
