Sviatoslav Hryb opened SPR-17104 and commented

Section Web on Servlet Stack, paragraph 1.5.3. URI Encoding and section Web on Servlet Stack, paragraph 1.6.3. URI Encoding contain snippet of code with incorrect result. As there is invoking of method queryParam("q", "{q}") the result should be : /hotel%20list/New%20York?q=foo%2Bbar but not /hotel%20list/New%20York?foo%2Bbar

Affects: 5.0.8
