After upgrading from 5.1.0.RC3 to 5.1.0.RELEASE (i.e. Spring Boot 2.1.0.M3 to 2.1.0.M4) I'm getting an internal server error with the message "Required attribute 'org.springframework.web.reactive.function.server.RouterFunctions.request' is missing".
I'm using Windows 10, OpenJDK 11, and Gradle 4.10.2.
A testcase is attached. Just invoke gradle bootRun. For the client, e.g. curl http://localhost:8080/123. You can switch between Spring Boot 2.1.0.M3 and M4 at the lines 8 and 9 in build.gradle.kts.

Affects: 5.1 GA
