RegexpMethodMatcherAdvisor with include/exclude lists [SPR-1183] #5886

Allow a RegexpMethodMatcherAdvisor to have 2 lists of patterns, with the following logic:
if the current candidate matches de include list, then test if it matches the exclude list; if the candidate matches the second pattern the advice is not applied.

This is useful if you need a broad include pattern and want to left out some candidates.
The current approach with RegexpMethodMatcherAdvisor is:
1- define a very restrictive set of patterns (method by method)
2- change the code to abide to a naming standard suited for a less restrictive set of patterns

I already have code that solves this feature and would like to contribute it.
