Missing Kotlin toEntity extension functions for fields #1393
Description
Spring for GraphQL 2.0 added Kotlin extension functions for toEntity and toEntityList on GraphQlClient.RetrieveSpec, GraphQlClient.RetrieveSyncSpec, and GraphQlClient.RetrieveSubscriptionSpec in #1331.
Equivalent extension functions should be provided on ClientResponseField.
