Wrong version in MANIFEST header Import-Package [INT-2534]

Manifest headers says that spring-integration-ip 2.1.1 depends on spring-integration-core version [2.1.0, 2.1.1), which means it doesn't resolve to packages exported from spring-integration-core 2.1.1. Should probably be [2.1.1,2.1.2)?

This was fixed in 2.1.2 and 2.1.3, but is an issue again in 2.1.4.
