SEC-2062: HttpSession returned null object for SPRING_SECURITY_CONTEXT #2286

we use the saml-core to authenticate against Shibboleth IDP.
After the login the user is redirected to the index page and if the user clicks on one link is redirected to the IDP login page. Because the user is logged in he's automatically redirected to the requested page.
The weird behavior is that after the login the spring security context is empty. My idea is that the SPRING_SECURITY_CONTEXT is not stored in the session.

Any idea?
