    Added a basic way to debug openGL state issues.

    - Uses a new compilation flag: DEBUG_GLSTATE
    - When adding a GL_STATE_CHECKER(name) to a scope it will check the
      state when constructed/destructed and will log an error if there's a
      wrong value in the state (defaults mostly taken from
      LuaOpenGL::ResetGLState)
