You can see on the popup @ bottom right that special characters aren't parsed (color, bold....)

Minimal would be to remove special chars in promote messages.

Special chars ARE supported. what fails here are the IRC colors.

I use also bold, seems not appearing in popup !
In my message I call the color + bold as you can see in SL.
