This updates the FNA/SDL2 configuration for Squared, pulled from the latest EG2 revision.

On top of the new FNA.csproj, we now have MUCH less work specific to SDL2, and most importantly, we now use the same shader layout. It's almost content-compatible, but the half-pixel offset has to be ignored for FNA. The remaining SDL2 defs have been documented, in case anyone would like to try and get rid of those too.

This is meant to go hand-in-hand with the Illuminant FNA update.

Thanks for doing this! Glad to see so much of the unix/sdl2 specific code go away.
