Cursor Doesn't Change After Importing Database SQL File #1526

Details for the issue

What did you do?

Imported a database SQL file

What did you expect to see?

The standard cursor when the 'Import completed' dialog is shown

What did you see instead?

The 'wait' cursor is shown, so the user could wait for the cursor to change, mistakingly thinking the application is busy.

restoreOverrideCursor() is called before asking the user to accept the
warning or information message.

@chrisjlocke It should be fixed now. I simply moved the call to restore the override cursor to just before opening the message box.
