Old logo still used in OSX Applications menu #6

Just noticed the old logo is still being used in the OSX Applications menu.

Probably not hard to change, I'll look into it tomorrow. It could even turn out to be something caching on my system, needing a force refresh. 馃槃

If you have not changed this from the original version there is probably
a .icns icon that needs to be changed with the new art.

Thanks, found it. It's src/macapp.icns. I'll generate a new one after getting some sleep in a bit.

Added an initial one, created using the 256x256 png John gave us. I've also emailed John to see if he still has the source .svg handy. If he does, I should be able to create a proper multi-resolution icns file that works for people with high-dpi screens.
