Time off by 4 hours #37

When creating a basic horizon chart all the times for the metric's are off by -4 hours.
Graphite is returning UTC/GMT time via the raw url that is being sent (verified in browser and via the epoch timestamp).
Graphite's own graphs have correct time as do other graphite tools I have used (Highcharts for example).

I have 2 different graphite servers (one at home and one at work) with cubism graphing various things and all my charts are off by -4 hours for both installs (no I did not copy my config either between the servers).

I'm fairly sure this is limited to cubism or d3 but can't figure out how to fix it or change the timezone properly for cubism.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
