ubiquity.squibby

Ubuntu's installer called Ubiquity, with various misc bugfixes and translation improvements for squibby.

We are building on kubuntu's version of ubiquity (i.e., the Qt-based UI) used in the "Precise Pangolin" (12.04) release.

The changes are mainly going to be bugfixes and l10n/i18n-related improvements
